Can Betterliving patio and sunrooms be heated and cooled for year round enjoyment?

YES, depending on the style of room you choose. Betterliving Vinyl Sunrooms are insulated and can be heated and cooled for comfort during all but the most extreme weather conditions. Aluminum patio rooms are designed as three season rooms to extend the outdoor season. Space heaters and cooling fans serve to make the room more comfortable in very hot or cold weather. Insulated glass is available for our 3-season aluminum rooms.

Can we build on your existing deck or patio?

YES, we can install on your existing foundation if it meets local building code requirements for sunroom installation. Some additional work may be required to build on existing decks. We can also build a new foundation or deck if needed, and secure all necessary permits.

What sizes do the rooms come in?

Each room is custom designed and built to your specifications. We can build sunrooms to just about any size.

Will the room match my house?

Our warm white and desertsand colors will blend beautifully with your home’s exterior.

How strong is the sunroom?

Our structurally engineered rooms meet building code requirements throughout North America. We have received confirmation from the National Evaluation Service that our roof panels are in compliance with ICC codes as ell as BOCA National, ICBO Uniform and SBCCI Standard Codes!

What type of door and window glass is used?

Both windows and doors are fully tempered glass. Additional glass options include argon gas filled insulated units and Low-E glass insulated with argon.. Betterliving Patio Rooms glass has earned the right to carry Keystone Gold Labels.

Is financing available?

Yes, with many options to meet your budget. We will help you secure financing for your sunroom with terms you can afford.

How long does the room take to build?

We use factory trained technicians to build your sunroom and they are the best at what they do! The average project takes between 2 – 5 days, depending on room size and additional work required
