Working with the salesperson and the installation group was great! Working with the repair part is a completely different story!

The girl that takes the repair/service calls is not very responsible and does not follow up on calls .

Installation was great . The guys were nice and respectful.

The installation crew was also the clean up crew . They did a great job .
What made you choose our company:
The service I got after the installation was horrible . It took 3 weeks and we are still waiting for the repair to be done . The service lied and said he came and fixed it when indeed he did not ! I got a delivery and got it off my porch( where he was supposedly working ) during the time he said he was here . He was not here !our service area
