Roof Repair Photo Album: Sunroom Roof Sealed in Lapeer, MI

A customer had approached us with an old, stained sunroom roof that persistently leaks despite attempts to solve it with caulking. With understanding the urgency of the issue, we provided a solution that will prevent the leaks to happen again.   We executed the installation of new OSB over the existing metal sunroom roof. To ensure for protection against the leaks, we applied two layers of a runner self-sticking underlayment that overlaps at the seams for added security.    Then finally, we applied a Charcoal self-stick finishing top sheet. This also adds for security as it was overlapping the seams.    This ended up with three layers of rubber roofing guards to their sunroom roof. Our customer can now enjoy a weather-resistant and durable solution against future leaks.
