 Sales rep was very educational and thorough. The installers were polite and did their work without disruption. Only drawback was sales rep pressed you for a commitment on site in order to get the discount- you didn't have the option to "think on it" and get back to them. Further once the sale was made, they seem to "vanish" for about 6 weeks and then all of a sudden call you to say "we'll be there tomorrow!"- so it made it tricky to schedule. But the work was done well.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Value They repaired facia work on my home that was very difficult to access at a good price within 2 weeks of the order vs. a 4-week estimate form another company.
