The old wood deck was starting to fall apart. We replaced with a treated wood deck. The customer wants to stain the deck. 

Complete tear off of the old shingle. Replaced with a metal roof. 

Copper gutters add a unique look to the home

We covered the roof with osb board, then applied a two layer rubber self-sticking roofing material. White to reflect the summer heat.
