 Sales rep was very educational and thorough. The installers were polite and did their work without disruption. Only drawback was sales rep pressed you for a commitment on site in order to get the discount- you didn't have the option to "think on it" and get back to them. Further once the sale was made, they seem to "vanish" for about 6 weeks and then all of a sudden call you to say "we'll be there tomorrow!"- so it made it tricky to schedule. But the work was done well.

Infinity did a great job replacing the roof. Very polite and cleaned up everything as promised. The roofers kept us informed every step of installing with reports & pictures of progress. It was a 1 day job. Fast and efficient.

We had the Gutter Helmet system installed by Infinity Home Improvement back in 2006 and it works great. Then, in 2021 we replaced our roof. Infinity did the removal and re-install of the Gutter Helmet and it’s still working great. Everyone at Infinity from the sales rep. , to the main office, to the “guy on top of the ladder” were a pleasure to work with!
