The customers provided us a project to recreate their outdoor entry deck. We began with the removal of the old existing entry stairs and replaced them with a waterfall deck and stair system giving the home a new polished look.
Removing the old stairs gave the homeowners accessibility to place chairs on the first deck level to provide a comfortable view. We then added a second landing and altered the direction of the stairs for the final appealing new entry deck.
The homeowners' deck from beneath was starting to show signs of wear and tear. The materials holding the deck together is bent up. For this project, we wrap their deck to ensure that it is sturdy and secure that will protect their existing deck structure. We also matched the same white color as their main deck to match their beautiful home. The updated white deck is ready just in time for the snow to come!
A female homeowner had reached out to us regarding their second-story deck that needs replacing and requires additional steps. The existing deck was roughly 10 ft. by 11 ft. 5 in. and is approximately 111 in. off the ground.
We have rebuilt the upper deck using composite materials which achieves a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space, long-lasting structure that withstands weather conditions.
The newly added steps improves accessibility to access to the ground level per homeowner’s request and overall functionality of the deck.
