Would have given 5 stars, and the work and product deserve 5 stars, but I think we had a newer sales person who understood the product but not the mechanics of installing it. The space where we were thinking of putting it was too small for installer to get into and work. Thus we went to plan "B" which involved cutting access holes in the two knee walls. This went smoothly and quickly. Haven't noticed a big difference in heating bills, but have noticed that the snow on the roof doesn't melt like it did before, so we must not be losing heat thru the roof like before.

I approached Infinity Home Improvement for this project because of the quality of work they did when they installed the Gutter Helmet system 2 years ago. Infinity Home Improvement helped me by showing me how I can refresh my sunroom. And make the room more comfortable with a energy efficient slider door. The result was exactly what I wanted. The slider door, the flooring and the ceiling look amazing. One thing I liked was their salesman Mitch. Great guy. Would do business with him again for sure. I found the experience to be superb I would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to anyone who asks.

Love my new, enlarged window. Exactly what I wanted. Not too sure that casement window was the best choice, but it's not a problem. Yes, I will recommend this company. I want to add: Jeremy Smith of Newago, MI - installed my beautiful window in February! Needed to shovel 5" of accumulated snow. I had minimal heat loss due to a floor to ceiling plastic barrier, and there was barely any clean -up. Skilled craftsman!!!
