We had a wonderful homeowner who wanted us to transform her limited outdoor space into a relaxing and inviting expanded deck. She wanted a deck that is 12x18.
Her existing deck was small that could not accommodate to place any furniture and had stairs going down to the backyard. In order to create her new deck, we removed the existing deck and constructed per request of the 12x18 deck using high-quality materials.
Then, we installed new railings to enhance its appearance with the new deck. Lastly, we redesigned the location of the stairs, making the deck appearance spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
Now the homeowner will be able to enjoy her new living outdoor space with guests coming to visit her home!
Infinity Home Improvement resurfaced the entire deck with new treated lumber and add new handrails. Using round aluminum spindles on the top deck and 2x2 treated spindles on the lower deck and stairs.
The cedar spindles were decaying and coming loose from the posts. Railing was not as solid as the homeowner would like.
We Replaced 2 posts, and added framing and black steel spindles.
The homeowners had envisioned creating an inviting entrance to their home. They wanted a sturdy and visual appealing entry deck.
They also want an expansive walkway deck, enclosed for privacy so they can unwind and connect with the scenery in peace, creating a beautiful sanctuary right outside of their doorstep.
With the newly built deck, it enhances the curb appeal of their home, increasing its value and making a positive first impression with visitors. Additionally, it provides a functional space, allowing the homeowners to make the most of their outdoor home.
Remove small stairs and replace them with an 8x14 treated wood deck with a new set of stairs
and for the railing, we used round black aluminum spindles and white vinyl lattice skirting.
